Car won't start charging
Write down the charger make/model, vehicle make/model, exact app error and charging mode. Check whether the car and charger each have a separate user-set schedule. Follow the manufacturer's normal start procedure; do not reset electrical protection.
Monitoring app has gone offline
Check whether your home Internet and phone connection work. Identify which app and data logger are in use and any disconnection message. An offline app does not automatically mean the solar array has stopped generating.
Battery not charging overnight
Record time-of-use windows visible in the owner app, recent charge history and state of charge. Avoid altering installer-only limits, battery firmware, BMS parameters or electrical settings.
Unexpected generation reading
Compare with previous days of similar weather and the inverter's own screen. Note shading, date/time, any alarm and whether it is a production or app-data issue. Ask the installer to investigate safety-related errors.

How a verified article will work
Each entry will list brand, exact model, firmware/app version where relevant, source and revision date, observable symptoms, safe owner checks, when to stop, and whether a qualified installer is needed. Only manufacturer documentation or reviewed, corroborated fixes will be marked verified.
